Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

The app collects no personal data of any kind (no name, e-mail, location, identifiers, advertising ID, usage statistics, etc.). Its App Store privacy label is declared as "Data Not Collected".

2. Content stored on your device

• The audio and video files you add to your library, the loops you save and the app settings are kept only in the app's folder on your device. That folder is also visible in the iOS Files app.
• This content is never transmitted to us or to any third party. Whether it is included in your iCloud/iTunes backup depends solely on your own iOS settings.
• Deleting the app removes this content from your device completely.

3. Microphone

The microphone is used only while the Tuner is open and only after you grant permission. Audio is processed in real time to compute the note and frequency; it is never recorded, stored or transmitted. You can revoke the permission at any time in iOS Settings.

4. Internet access

The app does not communicate with any server of ours. When you use "Download from link", the request goes directly from your device to the server of the address you pasted; we do not proxy it and cannot see its content. The privacy policy and terms of service of that site apply. Downloading only content you own or are licensed/permitted to use is the user's responsibility.

5. Third parties

The app contains no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs. If you have allowed it in your iOS settings, Apple may share anonymous crash and usage data with the developer; that data is governed by Apple's privacy policy and does not identify you.

6. Children

The app is suitable for all ages (4+). No data is collected from any user, including children.

7. Your rights (GDPR, CCPA, KVKK)

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, the California Consumer Privacy Act, Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and similar laws you have the right to know whether your personal data is processed, to access, correct or delete it, and to object to its processing. Because the app processes no personal data, we hold no records about you; you can still send any question or request to ertuncilbeyli@gmail.com. Requests are answered within 30 days.

8. Changes

When this policy is updated, the new version is published on this page with a new effective date. If the app's data practices ever change, its App Store privacy label will be updated accordingly.
