2. Categories of Personal Data Processed

When you use the App the following categories of personal data are processed:

• Identity data (first name, last name)
• Contact data (email address)
• Customer/user transaction data (usage history, assignment records, exercise results, messaging data)
• Transaction security data (IP address, device info, log records)
• Financial data (payment verification only; card details are handled by Apple/Google and are not stored by us)

3. Purposes of Processing

Your personal data is processed for the purposes listed below under Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK:

• Managing membership and authentication flows
• Fulfilling contractual obligations (delivering the educational service, managing subscriptions)
• Establishing teacher–student matches and managing the learning process
• Carrying out communication activities
• Running information security processes
• Tracking requests and complaints
• Complying with legal obligations

4. Collection Method

Your personal data is collected via the mobile app, the website, email, and similar electronic channels, through automated or partially automated means.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data is stored on Firebase / Google Cloud servers operated by Google Ireland Ltd. Because those servers are located outside Turkey (primarily in the United States), by using the App you are deemed to have given your explicit consent to the cross-border transfer under Article 9 of KVKK.

For in-app purchases, payment data is processed by Apple Inc. and Google LLC.

6. Your Rights Under KVKK Article 11

As a data subject you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed
• Request information if it is processed
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it matches that purpose
• Learn the third parties to whom data is transferred, in Turkey or abroad
• Request correction of incomplete or incorrect data
• Request deletion or destruction
• Request that correction/deletion actions be communicated to third parties
• Object to adverse automated decisions
• Claim compensation for damages resulting from unlawful processing

7. How to Submit a Request

To exercise your rights, send an email to iletisim@muzikdersim.com including the information that identifies you and a clear description of your request. Your request will be processed free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If the request incurs additional costs, the fee set by the KVK Board may apply.
